Should I switch to Linux Mint?

I've used Windows for all my life. Honestly I think nothing will top Windows 10 but it will be discontinued this year so I was thinking of switching to Linux Mint. After all it's very similar to Windows and it also comes with FireFox preinstalled ( FireFox master race!!!!!!! ) , no AD's and it's very stable and also very secure. Nothing else. Open Source? I'm a geek not a nerd. GIMP? Too complicated. Also it's Linux and not all apps support it ( Guess i'll just install Wine ) And also it feels kinda childish but oh well. Click here to vote
